Kenneth E. Rusch, age 54, Appleton, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023. He was born on February 17, 1969, in Appleton to the late Eugene and Rosemary Rusch. Ken graduated from Appleton West High School in 1988 before starting a family with his first wife. The marriage didn’t work, and he spent years struggling to rebuild his life.

In the last 17 years Ken found love again with Tammy Luebke and they married on June 15, 2010. He enjoyed building a comfortable life being husband to Tammy and stepdad to Melody Luebke. Ken loved being "Cat Dad Supreme" ‘aka "Daddy YumYum" to the cats they had. He was usually the one who fed the cats and gave them treats and plates of tuna. Recently he worked part time at the Neenah Goodwill. He will always be remembered for his humor, generosity and kindness.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Tammy; stepdaughter, Melody; sisters: Patty and Karen (Steve); his in-laws: Dan and Gloria Luebke, his children: Hayley, Brianna and Tanner and other family and friends.

There will be a Celebration of Ken’s life on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 1PM at Capitol Centre.
Entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton, WI.
A memorial fund is being established.
