Torrence R. Morgan April 1, 1967 — November 27, 2022 Appleton

Torrence “Torre” R. Morgan passed away unexpectedly on November 27, 2022, with his faithful dog Calum by his side. Torre was born April 1, 1967, in Appleton to Richard and Arline (Luedtke) Morgan and spent his childhood there, graduating from Appleton West High School. Following graduation, Torre enlisted in the Army and spent five years serving his country as a paratrooper. He finished his service and then had two children.

In 1997, Torre began work at Fox River Brewing Company as their maintenance manager and spent the next 25 years ensuring all things ran well at the bar. His spot at the bar following a day at work was ever-ready with his two beers and shot of Jameson.

Torre was an animal lover his whole life and had numerous dogs throughout his life. He always had a four-legged companion to accompany him on his adventures. On non-workdays, he could be found hiking anywhere and everywhere with his pooch at his side.

Music was another passion for Torre. He especially loved Pink Floyd, but his taste in music truly ran the gamut.

Come Sunday afternoons, Thursday nights and Saturday nights Torre could be found watching football. He was a lifelong Packer fan even though this season appears to not be “their year.”

Torre will be greatly missed by his wife of 4 years Nicki (Rost); his son Alex and daughter Aubrey, stepsons Lawrence (Katie) and Zach and grandson Travis. He is further survived by siblings John (Debbie), Joel (Vicky), Tracie and Tami as well as Nicki’s brother Jon (Kim), sister Beth (Jack) and mom Paula-Rae. There are so many friends, family, grand-furbabies and coworkers will greatly miss his presence in their lives.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Julaine, and father-in-law Allan.

A celebration of life for Torre will be held at the Fox River Brewing Company, located In the Fox River Mall, Appleton, on January 8, 2023, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.
