    • Neenah - Of Neenah, age 94, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018. She was born in Chandler, Minnesota on June 5, 1923 to the late Lester and Elizabeth (Pool) Millis. Eleanor graduated from Sioux Valley School of Nursing in Sioux Falls, SD. She married Alvin Hoelzel on March 4, 1944 at Sioux Falls Army Air Base.

      She will be sadly missed by her children: Susan (Arnold) Enz; Sally (John) Wiberg, Joseph Hoelzel, John (Nancy) Hoelzel; Jerome (Karey) Hoelzel, James (Donna) Hoelzel, Jan (Darla) Hoelzel, Steven (Laurie) Hoelzel, Stuart (Patricia) Hoelzel, daughter-in-law: Rebecca Hoelzel; 21 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin, son Jeffrey Hoelzel, great grandson, Emerson Enz, daughter-in-law, Maureen Barr Hoelzel.

      Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army.
