Pauline M. Vandenberg, nee Mandick, ago 40, of Hartford, passed away on Fri., Oct. 15, 2004.
She was born on Sept. 4, 1964 to Donald and Patricia (nee McLaughlin) Mandick. In 1983 she graduated from Slinger High School and continued her education at Moraine Park Technical Institute in Fond du Lac where she became a Licensed Practical Nurse. Pauline dedicated life to service working at the Samaritan Health Center and later at the Cedar Lake Health Care Center. Family was important to her and some of the best days of her life were spent with them at the Wisconsin State Fair. She enjoyed creating detailed ceramics and beautiful paintings. Her passion was Native American Culture.
Pauline is survived by her mother; a brother; two sisters; her grandmother, Lorraine McLaughlin; a special aunt; a niece; and three nephews, other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Mandick; her grandmother, Ellen Mandick; and her grandfathers, Edward Mandick and James McLaughlin.
A visitation will be held on Fri. Oct. 22, 2004 from 11:00 am until 2:45 pm at Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service of West Bend. Burial will follow at Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend.
