- Heinritz, Beatrice (Née Cudnofsky ) Died peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa. Age 89 years. Beatrice was born June 8, 1924 in the town of Brazeau, Oconto County, Wisconsin to Otto and Emma (nee Schwittay) Cudnofskey. She was married to Robert Wm. Heinritz Sr. on December 13, 1944 in Marinette, WI. Beloved mother of Lila (Dale) Wuhrmann, Robert (Laurie), Edward (Nancy), Claire (Richard) Stelloh, and Daniel (Susan) Heinritz. Devoted grandmother of Lisa (Derek) Weigel, Blake (Cheryl) Wuhrmann, Shelley (Christopher) Bloedel, Robin Achtziger, Richard (Susan) Achtziger, Nicole, Sean, Marc, Scott, Robert, Daniel, Eric, Jason, Stephanie, and Adam Heinritz, Andrea (William) Hallmark, Tricia Burkett, Gabriel and Angela Stelloh, and Kelly (Mark) Blackburn. Cherished sister of James Cudnofskey. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert, her son Richard, and her two brothers Arthur and Christopher. Further survived by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation SATURDAY, MARCH 1, 2014, from 9:00-11:00 AM at PRINCE OF PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4419 S. Howell Ave. Funeral Services at 11:00 AM. Private interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Beatrice and Bob raised six children of their own and also devoted 20 years of their lives to providing love and care to 85 foster children through Lutheran Social Services. She was a very active member at her church as a Sunday school teacher, a member of the church quilting group, and the church librarian for over 47 years. She also held several positions in the Lutheran Church Library Association for many years. The family would like to gratefully acknowledge and thank Claire, her daughter and granddaughter Angela, her special companion for the extensive and long term personal care they provided. That care allowed her to leave this world with dignity, in familiar and reassuring surroundings.
