Jack was in an accident. Upon getting out of the vehicle he was electrocuted by downed power lines.

Age 23, passed away Saturday. He was born July 28, 1942, in Freedom. He was employed wiht the Gilbert Paper Co. was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.

Mr. Schlack is survived by his wife, Sharon; one daughter; Karen, at home; his father; Harvey Schlack, Chicago, Illinois; two brothers; Tom, California; Richard, Combined Locks; one sister, Ellen, Combined Locks; his grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Willard Verstegen, Neenah.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Kessler Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, with the Tev. Leo H. Ott officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. Friends may call at the Kessler Funeral Home, Neenah, after 4 p.m. Monday. Prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. Monday.

Sharon (daughter of Fred K Domke and Mary Ann VanderPas) was born 31 Jul 1942, Green Bay, Brown, Wisconsin; died 23 Feb 2009, Menasha, Winnebago Co, Wisconsin; was buried , St John Cemetery, Little Chute, Outagamie, Wisconsin.
