Angela E. Hietpas Shawano
Age 78, died Wednesday, December 7, 1994 at Birch Hill Health Care Center. She was born November 18, 1916 in Kaukauna, the daughter of the late Peter and Barbara [Nabbefeldt] Van Dyke. She live in Shawano since 1956 and ran Angie's Beauty Salon on Shawano Lake until she retired in 1972. she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Shawano and the American Legion Auxiliary. She was united in marriage on January 15, 1946 in Kaukauna to Frank J. Hietpas. He preceded her in death on February 6, 1980.
Survivors include a son and daughter in-law; Jack [Katie] Hietpas, Rt. 2, Shawano; two grandsons; Jason and Matt; two sisters; Virginia [Gina] [Alvin] Graf, Oshkosh; and Laverne 'Snookie' [Dr. J.S.] Jeffrey, Ouray, Colorado.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 1994 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Shawano with Father Peter Mastalir officiating. Burial to take place in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Born-Swedberg Funeral Home, Shawano on Friday, December 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. A parish wake service will be 7:30 p.m. Friday.
