Notes - John Weyenberg, 89, dide at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Walter Keiffer, Town of Freedom, at 10:40 Tuesday evening after a lingering illness. He was born in Holland, February 22, 1845, and came to the United States with his parents when he was five years old, settling in the Village of Little Chute. Later he moved to Freedom and in 1872 mover to De Pere where he remained for two and one haflf years berfore returing to the Town of Freedom, where he resided since. After the death of his wife in 1922, he resided at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Keiffer.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Keiffer, Mrs. Samuel Van Camp and Mrs. Anton Sanderfoot, all of Freedom; four sons, Peter of Kimberly, William of Neenah, George of Kansas City, Missouri, and Herman of Appleton.
The funeral will be be held at St. Nicholas Church of Freedom, Saturday morning but the time of the service has not been determined. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
