- Kitty Marie Nuxoll, age 79, of Appleton entered into eternity with Jesus Christ as her personal Savior on Friday, November 10, 2017 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center of Appleton.
Kitty was born on July 29, 1938 in Appleton a daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Sanderfoot) Griesbach. She loved gardening, canning, crafts, cooking and was an excellent seamstress. Kitty also volunteered at the Groth Center at Appleton Medical Center and with Encircle Health for several years. Kitty became a born again Christian in 1978.
Kitty leaves behind her daughter, Linda (Gary) Bessette, Eland, WI; her son, Tom (Mary) Nuxoll and two beautiful grandchildren, Analise and Jacob Nuxoll all of California; Kitty's siblings, Theresa Short, Laverne Stein, Stella (Roger) Wood, Gerald (Maria) Griesbach, Ron (Ming) Griesbach, a brother-in-law, Cyril Jochman and a lifelong friend, Marion Jorgensen and by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Kitty was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald in December of 2013; two daughters, Julie and Mary; five sisters, Katherine (Howard) McGuire, Frances (David) Timm, Margaret (Jim Kuba) Jochman, Marcella and Germain Griesbach two brothers, Donald (Jane) Griesbach and Merlin (Willa) Griesbach and two brothers-in-law, Joe Penterman and Frank Short.
A Private family service was held. Interment was in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
