Seegers, Audrey T. Audrey Seegers, age 82, New London, entered her eternal rest with Jesus her Savior on December 1, 2005, at St. Joseph Residence in New London following a long illness. She was born on August 5, 1923, in the city of Waupaca, daughter of the late Wallace and Louisa (Boelter) Polley. On January 8, 1975, she was united in marriage to her husband of 30 years, Herman J. Seegers. She worked for American Toys, Hortonville and Sturms and Sons, Manawa until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her family, doing needle point and going to polka dances with her husband and friends. Audrey is survived by her spouse, Herman, seven children: Leo (Judy) Haase, Larsen; Shirley (Alden) Hanes, Weyauwega; Marcella (Ronald) Schmidt, Waupaca; David (Cindy) Haase, Florida; Mary Jane (Roger) Fahser, Manawa; Roger Haase, Clintonville; Dennis (Cynthia) Haase, Weyauwega; a daughter-in-law, Joyce Haase, Waupaca; a step daughter, Marge (Stan) Prellwitz, Neenah; and a brother, Clifford Polley, Waupaca. 14 grandchildren: Mike Haase, Mark (Cynthia) Haase, Matthew Haase, Maxlee Haase, Heath (Barb) Hanes, Shelly (Cary) Fuhs, Jerry (Carey) Schmidt, Kathy (Rick) Schmidt, Katrina Haase, Renee (Buck) Behnke, Steve Fahser, Brad Haase, Wes Haase, Wendy (Josh) Mason; five step grandchildren: Jennifer Uttecht, Marie Uttecht, Ricky Davis, Penelope (Allen) Bartotto, and Wendy Prellwitz. 17 great-grandchildren and three step great- grandchildren, she is also survived by sister in-laws: Beanie Hoppenspeyer, Lucina Kuepper, Lillian (Joe) Hermsen; brother in-laws: Albert Seegers, John Seegers, Louis (Catherine) Seegers, Lester Puke; nieces, nephews, family and friends further survive Audrey. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Robert Haase, two grandchildren: Larry Schmidt, Keith Fahser, a brother, Leonard Polley, four sisters: Edna Puke, Mildred Flater, Violet Osterloth, Alice Niemuth; sister in-laws: Marie Haase, Louise Weyenberg, Betty Van Dyke, Irene Polley; brother in-laws: Clarence Seegers, Butch Flater, Albert Osterloth and Albert Neimuth. The funeral service for Audrey will be held on Monday, December 5, 2005, at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in New London with Rev Lucretia Fehrmann officiating. Burial will be held at Little Creek Cemetery in Manawa. Friends may call directly at the church on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Cline & Hanson Funeral Home 209 W.
