Wuyts, Louise "Mutzie" Louise Wuyts, "Mutzie," St. Paul Home, Kaukauna, age 92, died Wednesday, June 27, at St. Paul Home. She was born September 23, 1914, to the late Joseph and Bessie (Habel) Seif in Dale, WI. Louise married Albert W. Wuyts on October 28, 1939; they were married for 63 years prior to his death on February 23, 2003. Mutzie and her late husband, Al, were generous in their giving to their respective churches and their community. Kaukauna was indeed blessed with their many contributions throughout the city. Mutzie said that she did not want it in her obituary that she likes candy, so forget that it was mentioned. However, all who came in contact with her knew that she did have that sweet tooth.

She is survived by her sister, Florence Siewert, a brother, Claude Seif, both of Appleton, devoted friends, Lee and MaryJo Hammen, and Al's caring sister-in-law, Aureta (Rita) Wuyts. She is further survived by Al's family, Emma Terry, Carl Wuyts of Henderson, NV, Jack (Berniece) Wuyts and Robert (Aureta) Wuyts, both of Kaukauna, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Madeline Redzinski and Bernice Cottrell; brothers, Earl Seif, Joseph Seif, Nolan Seif and Melvin Seif.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday June 30, 2007 at ST. MARY of the ANNUNCIATION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 119 West Seventh Street, Kaukauna with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Friends will be received at church on Saturday from 8 a.m. until the time of service. Entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Memorial funds should go to the 1,000 Islands Environmental Center or the Kaukauna Public Library. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assisting the family. 920-766-2099.

Special thanks to the care-givers of Poppy Path and Appletree Court at St. Paul Home, and Heidi of Evercare for their gentle care of Mutzie.
