- Darlene A. Van Camp, 78, De Pere, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015. The daughter of the late James and Mildred (Van Zeeland) Garrity was born on March 29, 1937 in Howard. Darlene was a vibrant and classy woman, who always looked her best, but also knew how to have a good time. She enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as baking bread and roasting corn which was a treat beloved by all of her children.
Darlene is survived by her children, Wayne Van Camp, Dennis Van Camp, Wanda (Dennis) Ramaker, Wendy (Vance) Wolak, Cindy (Mike) Linssen; grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Moon, Amber Van Camp, Andrea Murray, Jenna Connerick, Crystal Van Camp, Hayley Murray, Anna Linssen, Garrett Linssen, Cassie Linssen; great grandchildren, Tayveon, Ellie, Royal, Kayden, Anthony, Aaron, and Karma. She is further survived by her siblings, Donnie (Evelyn) Garrity, Michael (Angie) Garrity, Roger (Charlotta) Garrity, and Donna Meyer; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Derald Garrity, and Jim Garrity; as well as Cyril "Cy" Van Camp, the man she never stopped loving, even after all these years, and now joins in heaven.
Friends and family are asked to gather at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, 140 South Monroe Avenue, Green Bay, WI on Thursday, July 23 2015 beginning at 9:00am.
