      Age 60, died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 17, 2001 at Appleton Medical Center. Donald was born on February 1, 1941 the son of the late Elmer and Wilma (Vander Heiden) Korth. He graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran High School in 1958. He served in the U.S. Army during the Berlin Wall Conflict. Donald was a dedicated employee at Ford Rexall Drugs for many years. He loved watching sports and doing crossword puzzles. Donald was a kind-hearted person to everyone that he met. Donald is survived by one sister, Ruth Koepke, Appleton; five brothers, Elmer F., Appleton; Howard (Milly), Appleton; Roger (Sandy), Kimberly; Kenneth, Sunnyvale, CA; and Bill Korth, Jacksonville, IL. One godchild, Hanna (Joel) Helein; one aunt Grace Vander Heiden; and also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Dorothy Koepke and Norita Glasheen, and her husband Joe. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, November 20, 2001 at ST. PAUL EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH (302 North Morrison St.) at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kenneth L. Frey officiating. Friends will be received directly at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service (11:00 a.m.). Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
