  Appleton Post Crescent Sunday, February 7, 1993 Catherine [Cathy] Josephs Catherine Joosten 918 Taft St., Kaukauna Age 39, died Saturday, February 6, 1993 at St. Elizabeth Hospital following a short battle with cancer. She was born June 30, 1953 in Appleton, the daughter of Jerome and Alice [Nichol] Joosten. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and crafts of all kinds. Cathy was an avid bingo player. Survivors include a very special friend, Steven W. Erdmann of Kaukauna; her mother, Alice Joosten of Little Chute; two sons, Jesse Josephs, Kaukauna; Daniel Josephs, at home; two daughters, Angela Josephs, Kaukauna; Kari Josephs, at home; five brothers and two sisters in-law, Tom Joosten and special friend, Sue Jansen, Appleton; Robert 'BJ' Joosten, Little Chute; Jerome and Gina Joosten, Sherwood; Bill 'Willie' and Ann Joosten, Appleton; Cyril Joosten, Little Chute; two sisters and brother in-law, Carol and Gordie Van Lieshout, Darboy; Patty and Dave Seefeldt, Kaukauna, nieces, nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerome. Private services will be held Monday at the Fargo Funeral Home, Kaukauna with the Rev. Walter Steinbach officiating.
