- My great grandpa Sebastian was born in 1908 and died in 1986.
Before his death he had a very scary experience. It all happened in 1944 when he was working at Kimberly Clark (now known as New Page.) He was working as a pipefitter. That day he was working on a car. Suddenly a storm came to Kimberly. It didn't rain at all but there was a lot of thunder and lightning. All at once a bolt of lightning hit the car and struck my great grandpa. It went through his whole body. He was holding a wrench that flew out of his hand about 15 feet! He was rushed to the hospital. Every day after that when he saw lightning or heard thunder his hand shook really fast until the storm was over. This went on for about a year. I am pretty sure my great grandpa will never forget that day!
