      Menting, Gerald P. "Jerry" Gerald P. Menting, of Neenah, age 67 years, passed away on November 28, 2006, at Cherry Meadows, surrounded by his loving family after a long struggle with cancer. He was born February 16, 1939, in Kaukauna, the son of the late Peter and Agnes (Van Dalen) Menting. Jerry retired from Inter Lake Mill in Kimberly after working for 44 years. He was an avid golfer, spending many hours playing the game he loved.

      Jerry is survived by his brothers: Jim (Barb), Jeff (Kathie) and Rick (Dawn) Menting; sisters: LaVerne (Steve) Kuepper and Sandy (Tom) Konen and the daughter in Jerry's heart Mora Mangiameli and her family. He is further survived by his special friend Dee Klein, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

      The memorial service for Jerry will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2006, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME TRI COUNTY CHAPEL with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Inurnment at St. Paul Cemetery, Combined Locks. Friends may call on Saturday, from 3 p.m. until, the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established

      The family would like to thank Chris and Georgette and all the staff at Cherry Meadow Hospice for all their support.

      Thank you Jerry for all the years of quiet love and support you gave us. You were always there any time anyone needed you. We love you and know you are with mom and dad now helping them watch over us.We love you brother!
