- Les & Pat (Alger) Winius celebrated 60 years of marriage on February 13, 2014. The couple was married at St. John Catholic Church in Little Chute on February 13, 1954. The couple has resided in Little Chute for all 60 years of their marriage. Les and Pat have 7 children: the late Al (Darlene & Joe Gries) Winius, Vicky (Joe) Ratzman, Scott Winius, Kim (Steve) Sturm, Brian Winius, Shelley (Tom) Evers and Todd Winius. They were also blessed with 10 grandchildren: Jennifer (Jason) Munson, Kelly VanderWyst, Cory (deceased) and Kevin (Ashley) Sturm, Brenton, Christopher & Erika Winius, Whitney & Skyler (Theresa) Evers & Rachel Winius. There are also 4 great-grandchildren: Mckenzie & Zachary Munson, Dakota Schuh & Tytan Sturm. The couple celebrated with brunch at The Main Event in Little Chute with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

- Patricia R. Winius, Little Chute, age 84, died peacefully in her sleep on Friday, November 25, 2016 as a result of a long battle with heart disease at the St. Paul Home. She was born in Kaukauna to the late Earl and Josephine (Van Holst) Alger. On February 13, 1954 she was united in marriage to Lester Winius. Together, they raised 7 children and owned and operated several business, including Morning Glory Dairy and Village Lanes, both in Little Chute. Pat enjoyed reading, gardening and sharing a good joke.
Pat is survived by her husband of 62 years, Les; her children: daughter-in-law, Darlene (Joe) Winius-Gries; daughter, Vicky (Joe) Ratzman; son, Scott Winius; daughter, Kim (Steve) Sturm; son, Brian Winius; daughter, Shelley (Tom) Evers; and son, Todd Winius; grandchildren: Brent (Shana), Chris and Erika (Justin) Winius, Jenny (Jason) Munson, Rachel Winius, Kevin (Ashley) Sturm, Kelly VanderWyst, Whitney and Skyler (Theresa) Evers; great grandchildren: William Winius, McKenzie and Zach Munson, Dakota Schuh, Tytan and Taz Sturm, and two more due in February; sister, Carol Elmergreen; brothers: Johnny (Mary) and Ronnie (Dorothy) Alger; and brother and sisters-in-law: Harriet Masch, Alice "Honey" Hermus, Henry (Claire) Winius, Joe (Terry) Winius and Isie Winius. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her son, Albert Winius; grandson, Cory Sturm; brothers: George (Gladys), Archie (Lorraine), Bernie (Gloria) and Bobby (Cricket) Alger; sisters: Joyce (Robert) Schmidt and June (Jake) Weber; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Dave "Micky" Elmergreen, Bill (Pearle) Winius, Anna (Clem Van Zeeland Sr. and Paul) Dercks, Martha (Joseph) Haupt, Albert Winius, Agnes (Len) Sparkowski, Alma (Gilbert) Doerschner, Ray (Elaine) Winius, Harold Winius, John Hermus and Robert Masch.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 2:00 p.m. until time of Mass at 4:30 p.m. The Rev.
