Vanden Bosch, Ronald A.
Ronald A. Vanden Bosch, Kaukauna. At age 76, Ron entered eternal rest on September 29, 2008, at Theda Clark. Ron served in the Korean War as a Sea Bee and was actively involved in the VFW Post 3319. Ron was the proud owner of D & R Construction. He also loved to be with his family and at his land taking care of his trees.
Ron is survived by his six children: Mary (Dan) Haring, John, Lynn (Wayne) Cheslock, Jim, Carl (Joanne), and Dave; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren: Barb Mischler, Patti Vanden Bosch; and his siblings: Milton (Martha), Marlene (Archie) Hendrickson, Marye (Bob) McCoy, Beverly (Wayne) Laux, Terry (Barb), Todd (Lynn) Sandy (Ken) Schampers, Roy and Leonard Hennes.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and a great granddaughter.
We will be celebrating Ron's life with a casual funeral service on Friday, October 3, 2008, from 3 until 8 p.m. at his home at N710 Kavanaugh Road with a prayer service at 4 p.m. with Rev. William Schroeder officiating. Refreshments will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated in Ron's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Ron's family would also like to thank all of the great staff at Theda Clark.
