Clarence H. Jansen 1213 Crooks Ave. Kaukauna
Age 83, died Sunday, November 5, 1995 at home with his family. He was born November 3, 1913 in Kaukauna, son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth [Jansen] Jansen. He married Emma Otte May 6, 1933 at Holy Angeles Catholic Church, Darboy. He was employed at Thilmany until his retirement in 1977. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. His priority in life was spending time with his family. He was a member of Holy Angeles Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Thilimy Quarter Century Club and a former president of the Thilmany Management Club.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Emma [Otte] Jansen; three daughters and sons in-law, Margaret and Paul Maes, Houston, Texas; Patricia and Herman Maes, Darboy; Barbara and John Kokke, Town of Harrison; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; also brother and two sisters in-law, Joseph and Rose Jansen, Little Chute; Gladys Jansen, Kaukauna; two sisters and brothers in-law, Grace and Shorty Lemberger, Manitowoc; Frances Welhouse, Waukesha.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters in-law, Victor and Myrtle Jansen; his sisters and brothers in-law, Angela and Benjamin Verhoven, Arvin and Henry Van Linn, Adriann and Ed Van Linn; a son in-law, James D. Wolf.
The Mass of Resurrection will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Angeles Catholic Church, Darboy with Rev. Donald Fuller officiating. Burial will be in Holy Angels Cemetery, Darboy. Friends may call at the Greenwood Fargo Funeral Home, Kaukauna from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday and after 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home until the cortege leaves for the church. A memorial fund is being established.
