- Milbach, Nicholas John 2004 Appleton Post Crescent dated 12/7/2004; Milbach, Nicholas J. Nicholas J. Milbach, Kaukauna, age 75, died on Sunday, December 5, 2004 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Nick was born December 21, 1928 to the late Nicholas S. and Annacel (Conrad) Milbach in Kaukauna. He married the former Dorothy Baumgarten on May 1st, 1950 at St. Marys Catholic Church. Nick worked at Thilmany Pulp and Paper for 45 years. He was active at St. Marys Parish as a Eucharistic Minister and served in many other capacities. He also volunteered for many years with the Boy Scouts and was a longtime caretaker of the Girl Scout day camp, Winnecomac. Nick enjoyed the outdoors and sharing his time and knowledge with the many young people he knew thru scouting. Nicks love of work and helping others will be remembered by all his friends and family. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Milbach; his daughter, Barb (Joe) DeMars; three sons: Mike Milbach, Don Milbach and Todd Milbach; three grandchildren: Calvin Milbach, Kevin Milbach and Michelle (Scott) Schroth: two brothers, Richard Milbach and Dan (Marlene) Milbach; three sisters: Betty (Les) Bevers, Bonnie Milbach and Shirley Franklin and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: William and Robert. Nicks Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Thursday December 9, 2004 at ST MARY of the ANNUNCIATION CATHOLIC CHURCH with Fr. Robert A. Udulutsch, OFM Cap. officiating. Friends will be received on Wednesday December 8, 2004 at the Boettcher Family Funeral Home 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna from 4:00 pm until the 7:30 p.m. Parish Prayer Service and again on Thursday at Church from 10 am until the time of service. A memorial is being established to benefit Camperships at Gardner Dan, B.S.A. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assisting the Milbach family. 766-2099.
