    • Departed This Life- In the town of Holland, Jan'y 26th, Patrick Cox, father of Mrs. John Conway and Mrs. Maurice Ringrose, aged 86 years. Deceas ed was one of the most prosperous and influential farmers of that town, wh ere he had resided over twenty five years. At his funeral, no less than se ven of his children, all married were present, and a large concorse of h is neighbors by whom he was held in high esteem. Only last summer, he ro de on horseback to Appleton, transacted business at the First National Ban k, and rode home again the same day, a distance of 26 miles. He was sick n ot a day. His wife, of the same age, survives him, and is hale and hearty.
