      Arnold Derks, 2703 Heather Ave., age 60, passed away at 1 AM Sunday after a short illness. He was born on August 26, 1903 in Little Chute, and has been a resident of Appleton for many years. He was self employed as a Cabinet Maker, and was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Pius Catholic Church.
      Mr. Derks is survived by his wife; one son, Arnold R. Derks, Appleton; two step son, Robert William Weyenberg, Appleton, Everett James Weyenberg, Granada Hills, Cailf; three step daughters; Mrs. Arthur (Dorothy) Jahnke, Appleton; Mrs. Daniel (Margaret) Wallace, Combined Locks; and Mrs. Dennis (Eileen) Long, Neenah; 29 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren; three brothers, William, Little Chute, John and Albert, Appleton; two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Mary) Peerenboom, Kimberly, Mrs. Matt Vanden Bosch, Little Chute.
