    Titular, the seated woman is unidentified, perhaps she is a sister of Frank
    or Lizzie, and hiding at the edge of the barn is my grandfather, John
    Alexander Creviere. Grandpa became the editor and publisher of the De Pere
    Journal Democrat, and a trustee of the Hickory Grove Sanitarium in De Pere,
    all with a 4th grade education!

    I believe that this photo was taken in about 1897 as little Tillie was born
    in 1893.
