    • Doris Karsten (nee King) died peacefully in her sleep on Friday, May 6, 2011, at the age of 91. She was born April 21, 1920, in Green Bay, Wis., the daughter of Robert and Margaret (nee wolf) King. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Matthias Karsten. She is survived by her children, Christine (Paul) Lawrence, Lee (Barbara) Karsten, Maggie Orendorff, Donna (Hal) Brunner and Paula (Tom) O'Handlen; and two beloved grandchildren, Michael Orendorff and Daren Brunner. She is also survived by her brothers, James King and Henry King, and her sisters, Betty Gribble and Janice VanPay; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

      Private interment at Fort Howard Memorial Park will be at a later date. Memorials are requested to the charity of your choice.
