Age 62, a living wife and mother, died Thrusday, April 9, 1987 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 9, 1925 in Darboy, the daughter of the lat Oscar and Laura (Feldmeyer) Hartzheim and had resided in the Appleton area all of her life. She was united in marriage to James Maloney on May 31, 1954 sharing 32 wonderful years together. Eileen was formerly employed by the Wisconsin Michigan Power Company and Sears Credit Central. She was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Survivors include here husband, James; a daughter and son-in-law; Amy and John McClellan; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Thomas and Amy Maloney, Appleton; Dennis Maloney, at home; three grandchildren: Molly Ann, and Sara Jane McClellan and Erin Maloney; five brothers and four sisters-in-law: Richard and Lorie Hartzheim, Harligen, Texas; Paul and Viola Hartzheim, Menasha; Robert Hartzheim, Milwaukee; David and Delores Hartzheim, Lake Elsinore, California; Leona nd Lil Hartzheim, Darboy; a sister and brother-in-law; Grace and Carl Kessler, Aoppleton; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law; Kathleen and Robert Lueck, Appleton. Eileen was preceded in death by a sister, Eva Brozoski. The Mass of Resurrection will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Bernadette Catholic church with the Rev. John Clark officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Brettschneider, Trettin, Lederer Funeraal Chapel, 606 N. Oneida St. from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday and until 9:30 Monday morning at which time the cortege will leave for church. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday. A memorial fundhas been established for the St. Bernadette building fund.
