      Schwister, Linda "Lin" Linda L. Schwister "Lin", Appleton, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2006, at Theda Clark Medical Center. Linda was born June 12, 1941, in Appleton daughter of the late George and Leona (Vander Bloemen) Van Dyke. She married Anthony "Tony" Schwister in Mackville on October 1, 1960. Tony preceded her in death on October 11, 1998. Linda retired after 29 years of employment with Chase f/k/a Bank One. After she retired from Chase she was employed with M&I for seven years. Linda did volunteer work for many local organizations. She loved traveling, fishing, golfing, gardening, and playing cards especially Texas Hold'em.

      Linda is survived by her family whom she dearly loved; two sons, Tom (Mary), Appleton; Timm (Roxanne), Neenah; four grandchildren: Haley, Aaron, Brock and Bryce; her loving companion, Ken Lazier; brothers, Kenneth (Bette) Van Dyke, Appleton; Clifford (Alice) Van Dyke, Neenah; nieces and nephews,Godchildren: Andy Olk, Jim Van Dyke, and Gabe Brickler.

      Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2006, at the Wichmann Funeral Home Tri County Chapel, Menasha with Fr. Richard Allen officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services. Private family burial will be on Monday in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. A memorial is being established.
