    • Antone Ven Rooy
      Wrightstown
      Age 82, passed away Monday evening
      following surgery. He was born June
      14, 1892 in the Town of Grand Chute
      and farmed in the Freedom area until
      moving to Wrightstown twelve years
      ago. He was a member of the Holy
      Name Society of St. Paul Catholic
      Church. Survivors include his wife, Angeline
      Baeten Ven Rooy; two stepdaughters,
      Mrs. Casimer (Florence)
      Galkowski, and Mrs. Marvin (Therese)
      Cootway; both of Wrightstown; a stepson,
      Melvin Baeten, Kaukauna; nine
      step-grandchildren; three step-greatgrandchildren;
      and nieces and nephews.
      Funeral services will be held
      Friday at 10 a.m. from St. Paul Catholic
      Church at Wrightstown with Rev.
      Richard Shafer officiating. Interment
      will be in St. Nickolas Cemetery at
      Freedom. Friends may call at the De
      Wane Funeral Home at Wrightstown
      after 2 p.m. Thursday. There will be a
      Rosary at 8 Thursday evening.
