      Age 36, died unexpectedly Tuesday, October 1, 2002. He was born in Appleton on June 19, 1966 to Robert and Bette (DeGroot) Price. On May 16, 1992 he married Michelle Ashauer. Mark was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. He worked as a steamfitter at Azco Inc.

      He will be sadly missed by his wife, Michelle daughters: Keyra and Courtney mother and father, Robert and Bette Price brothers: Mike (fiancee Shari) Price and his daughters: Karissa and Callie, Beaver Dam Matt (fiancee Becky) Price, Bear Creek godfather, Vic DeGroot, Kaukauna mother and father-in-law, Tom and Kathy Ashauer, Kaukauna sisters-in-law: Amy (Mike) Tremel and their sons: Jon and Andy, Town of Harrison Andrea (Gene) Banazynski, New London Erica Ashauer, St. Louis, Missouri grandmother, Zeta Huisman, Kimberly other relatives and friens. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rita DeGroot, Red and Helen Paulus uncle, Dan DeGroot.

      The Funeral Mass will be Friday, October 4, 2002 at 12 p.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 500 W. Marquette St., with Father Don Zuleger officiating. The visitation will be on Thursday at the Valley Funeral Home from 4 until 8 p.m. and again on Friday at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of Mass. There will be a vigil service on Thursday at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m.
