- Green Bay - Carol Krueger, 91, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Century Ridge with her family by her side. Carol was born on December 18, 1926, in Argonne, WI the daughter of the now late Abraham and Pearl (Bodah) Bessette. On June 2, 1945 she married the love of her life Arthur "Bud" Krueger and the couple enjoyed over 31 years together. She had been employed at Riveria Lanes as a bartender for 25 years and was affectionately known as "Ma"! Carol thoroughly loved gardening and enjoyed spending time out in her yard and liked making Christmas candy and cookies. She cherished her family and the many get togethers and loved spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma, great-great-grandma, a friend to many and will always be lovingly remembered and sorrowfully missed.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law Gen (Clarence) Falish, 5 grandchildren Ken (Sue) Falish, Kelly (Debbie) Falish, Tamara Falish, Tonya (Matt) Dimmer, Keith (Jamie) Falish, 9 great-grandchildren Sara (Neil) Cavanaugh, Marybeth Falish and her fiancé Justin, Brandon Falish and his fiancé Hailey, JT Hockers, Caden Becerra, Isabela and Dillon Dimmer, Jeffrey Deprey, Alex Falish, 3 great-great grandchildren Dean and Owen Cavanaugh and Peyton Deprey, 2 sisters and one brother-in-law Kiddo Knapek, Maryanne (Harold) Jezeski. She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by 7 sisters and 1 brother.
Gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Saint Matthew Community, 130 St. Matthew Street. A Parish Wake Service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Visitation will continue after 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. with Fr. Bob Kabat officiating. Burial at Allouez Catholic Cemetery. The family would like to offer a special and heartfelt thank you to Century Ridge for all of the loving care shown to Carol. Also, a warm note of appreciation to Unity Hospice for all of their care and kindness especially Melanie, Brenda, Nancy, Sue and Larry~ your compassion will never be forgotten.
