- Andrew T. Bergman 2525 45th Street, Two Rivers Age 84, died Thursday, January 4, 2001 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2001, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Two Rivers, with the Rev. William O'Brien officiating, with burial in the spring in St. John Catholic Cemetery, Little Chute. Andrew was born July 17, 1916, in Little Chute, son of the late Adrian and Mary Schumacher Bergman. He married the former Rita Marjorie Moser May 10, 1938, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Freedom, Wisconsin. She preceded him in death February 2, 1999. He and his wife, Rita, owned and operated Bergman's Grocery Store in Two Rivers and the Steiners Corners Tavern for many years. He was also employed by the Hamilton Manufacturing Company for 31 years as head steel repair man. Mr. Bergman was a member of the Catholic Knights and the Knights of Columbus Mishicot-Tisch Mills Council 4807. He enjoyed many hobbies. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Jan and Jerry Graycarek, Mishicot Judie and Tom Lehman, Minocqua six grandchildren, Wendy and Doug Novak, Green Bay Rick Graycarek, Kentucky Traci and Curt Weis, Burlington, Wisconsin Kelly and Dan Duhamell, Missouri Robyn and Jeff Fidler, Francis Creek Crystal and Eric Heideman, Nebraska nine great- grandchildren two sisters, Mabel VanDenBroek, Kimberly Margaret VanOss, Kimberly a sister- in-law, Ruth Huss, Freedom nieces, nephews and many special friends. He was also preceded in death by a son, Richard Peter Bergman in 1949, two brothers and five sisters. Relatives and friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Lambert Funeral Home in Mishicot.
