- Mrs. Donald Witt (Margaret A.)
W3628 Rock Rd., Appleton Age 72, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died early Thursday morning, August 5, 1999 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Seymour. She was born August 21, 1926 in Appleton, daughter of the late John and Margaret (Luebke) McLaughlin. On July 13, 1946 she was united in marriage to Donald Witt in Appleton. They recently celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary.
Margaret enjoyed spending time with all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed going on trips with Don and their friends. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Freedom. She is survived by her husband, Donald her eight children: Marge (Len) Stammer, Appleton Donna (Jeff) Moser, Sheboygan Falls Mary (Mike) Janssen, Wrightstown John (Carol) Witt, Appleton Tom (Barb) Witt, Greenville Bev (Randy) Hardy, Appleton Patty (Rick) Van Eperen, Pam (Don) Braun, Appleton 16 grandchildren: Kurt (Theresa) Stammer, Jason Stammer, Lynn Moser and special friend, Terry Bortz, Rick Moser, John Moser, Lisa Janssen, Sara Janssen, Tom Janssen, Heather Witt, Andy Witt, Jeff Witt, Matthew Witt, Samantha Witt, Ashley Hardy, Erik Van Eperen, Jill Van Eperen two great-grandchildren: Christopher and Alex Andria Stammer many special nieces and nephews a sister- in-law, Helen Witt, Appleton. She was preceded in death by a great-grandchild, Gage Stammer parents, three sisters and brothers-in-law: Evelyn and Art Schaefer, Beatrice and Howard Boyce, Fabian and Bill Abel two brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law: Lloyd Witt, Richard and Norma Witt. Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. and Monday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Freedom from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. with Father Dennis Ryan officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. A special thank-you to Good Shepherd Nursing Home for all their special care and compassion.
