      Clement E. Schlimm 'Bud' 1021 Greenville Dr. Rt 1, Appleton

      Age 61, died Thursday. He was born June 20, 1922 in Appleton. He farmed in the Town of Greenville all of his life. He was a former director of the Greenville Co-op Gas Co. and was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church.

      Survivors include his wife Catherine Smet; three daughters and sons in-law; Barbara and Edward Griesbach, Hortonville; Kathryn and David Howman, Appleton; Susan, at home; four sons and daughter in-law; Richard and Sheila, Ripon; David and Mary, John and Debroah, all of Appleton; Michael, Larsen; a brother, Clarence, Seymour; three sisters; Viola Schlimm, Appleton; Sister M. Melita, Manitowoc; Mrs. Leighton [Alice] Larson, Kimberly; 12 grandchildren.

      The complete funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Therese Catholic Church with the Rev. David Koch officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Thomas Ellenbecker Funeral Home, Appleton, from 4 to 9 Sunday and from 8:30 Monday until the cortege leaves for the church. There will be a prayer service 7:30 p.m. Sunday. A memorial fund is being established.
