- George Baldock, 84, of 604 A. Park St., Chilton passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25 at Calumet Memorial Hospital in Chilton. He had been ill for about three months.
He was born in Marytown on May 26, 1889 the son of Charles Baldock and Anna Ziegan Baldock. Mr. Baldock worked as a machinist at the Aluminum Specialty Company in Chilton for 45 years. In 1961 he retired.
He was married to Josephine Hawley Reiss on October 10, 1924 at Menomonee, Michigan.
Survivors are his wife, Josephine of Chilton; one step-son, Lloyd Reiss of New Holstein; three step-grandchildren; 11 step-great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Elta Boettcher of Appleton and Mrs. Anna Amel of Shawano. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be at the Pfeffer Funeral Home in Chilton. Rev. Q. M. Moeschberger will officiate. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery in the town of Charlestown.
