- Perrysburg - Barbara "Barb" M. (Schmidt) Luebke, 73, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away March 22, 2018, surrounded by her loving family at Hospice of NW Ohio. She was born on September 21, 1944, in Appleton, WI. to Victor P. and Elizabeth C. (Kamps) Schmidt. Barb received her bachelor's degree from Edgewood College of the Sacred Heart. She was a Certified Clinical Research Associate for Roche. Barb was a faithful member of St. Rose Catholic Church, and she was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.
Barb is survived by her son, Stefan R. (Cathy) Luebke; daughter, Rebecca L. (Brian) Geffe; grandchildren, Ava and Drew Geffe; sister, Margaret "Peg" E. Pitzen; brother, Paul R. (Bonnie) Schmidt; loving nieces and nephews; and beloved golden retrievers. Barb is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Daniel.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 East Front St. Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 at 10:30 A.M.
