- Raymond (Bud) Schroth, Jr., age 44, of 214 Cleveland St., Brillion died Saturday, December 9, 1995 at University Hospital, Madison, following a courageous battle with leukemia.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Brillion. Rev. William OBrien will officiate with burial in the parish cemetery.
He was born October 24, 1951, in Kaukauna, son of Raymond and Marion Pynenberg Schroth, Sr. Bud was married to Colette DeBruin September 9, 1972 at Little Chute.
He served in the United States Army Reserve. He and his wife owned and operated Schroth Brillion Floral and Schroth Garden Center and Nursery in Brillion for 18 years. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Brillion, and was a member of the Brillion Fire Department for 17 years and presently served as Captain.
Survivors include his wife, Colette; two daughters and a son-in-law, Serena and Jeff Eickert, Brillion, Ashley at home; one son, Raymond (Rob) Schroth III, at home; his parents, Ray and Marion Schroth, Menasha; his mother and father-in-law, Mervin and Doris DeBruin, Little Chute; a step-grandmother, Gen Pynenberg, Little Chute; two sisters, Brenda Joslin, Brillion, Linda Schroth, VanDyne; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Steven and Kim Schroth, Neenah, Dean Schroth, Menasha; three sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law, Jerry and Linda Schwaller, Little Chute, Don and Mary Ebben, Appleton, Keith and Holly DeBruin, Little Chute; a special Aunt, Bernice Strobel; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
