Married in Montana
The marriage of Miss Margaret O'Laughlin, West Butte, Mont., and Jake Hietpas, Cut Bank, Mont., formerly of Appleton, son of Mrs. Mary Hietpas, Little Chute, took place at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning, Nov. 21, at the Catholic church at Sunburst, Mont. Five priests took part in the ceremony, namely, the Rev. G. H. Hietpas, brother of the bridegroom; the Rev. Father Van De Gevel, Shelby, Mont; the Rev. Father Van Der Loop, Valier, Mont.; the Rev. Father Martins, Hingham, Mont.; and the Rev. Father Maroney, Conrad, Mont.
Norbert Hietpas, brother of the bridegroom was best man, and Miss Gertrude O'Laughlin, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served to immediate relatives at the O'Laughlin ranch near West Butte, and in the evening a wedding dance was given at the Toole school near there, at which more than 150 persons were present. Out of town guests included Mrs. Mary Hietpas, Martin and Norbert Hietpas, Little Chute; and Mrs. Eleanor Kimball, Appleton.
Mr. and Mrs. Hietpas will reside in Cut Bank where the bridegroom is employed on the Santa Rita pipe line.
