- De Pere Journal Democrat 1983 Mrs. Walter (Cecelia) Krautkramer, 71 1050 Main St. died last Thursday afternoon at Bellin ho spice after a long illness. The former Cecelia Kabat, she was born Oct. 23, 1912, in Greenlea f, a daughter of the late Frank and Caroline Kabat. She and Mr. Krautkramer were married July 2, 1935, at St. Mary church, Greenleaf. They farme d in the town of Lawrence for 40 years until retiring in 1968 when they moved to Wrightstwon. Mrs. Krautkramer was a member of the Ladies society of St. Paul Catholic church, the Martha c hoir, the Wrightstown Golden Agers and the Catholic Knights of Wisconsin. Survivors are her husband; two sons, Ken of Route 3 De Pere; and Jim of Plymouth; Three daugh ters, Mrs. Marvin (Pat) Biese of route 1 Greenleaf; Mrs. John (Ruth) Van Asten of Combined Lo cks and Sister Geraldine of Green Bay. two brothers, Stanley and Lan Kabat of Greenleaf; thr ee sisters, Laona Foytick of Reedsville, Bernadine Nies of Brillion and Rosella Nies of Green leaf; 24 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughte r and one brother and one sister. Funeral services were held Monday morning at St. Paul Catholic church. the Revs. Richard Shaf er, Daniel Kabat, OFM Cap and Alfred Loehr officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery wit h DeWane Funeral Home handling arrangements.
