    • Mrs. Wilford Weiseckel was called to an untimely death Monday afternoon, following an operation at St. Elizabeth hospital, Appleton, Sunday.

She was Murla Dorn, the older daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dorn who reside on a farm on the town line between Stockbridge and Harrison. She was born on the farm June 6, 1914 and was a graduate of Stockbridge high school in the class of 1932.
She assisted her parents on the farm until her marriage to Wilford Wieseckel at St. Mary’s Church Nov. 20, 1935. They young couple took up residence in the Ralph Hawley home until Mr. Wieseckel acquired the Mert Hawley Meat Market, where they moved into the living quarters there. They had made considerable improvements and were comfortably settled, which makes the passing of Mrs. Wieseckel so much sadder.

Mrs. Wieseckel was a devoted daughter and wife and highly esteemed by her friends and neighbors. The funeral will be held Thursday from St. Mary’s church to St. Mary’s cemetery.

She leaves to mourn her death, her husband, Wilford Wieseckel, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dorn; one sister, Mrs. Edward Diedrich, Hilbert; four brothers, Roland, Richard, Rodney and Ralph; nd her grandmother, Mrs. Carl Stroshine.
