Brandt, Roy H. Roy H. Brandt, 83, Black Creek, passed away Friday evening, Jan. 26, 2007, at Cherry Meadows Hospice. He was born July 4, 1923, son of Henry and Nora Brandt. He was united in marriage to Elaine Schuh on April 9, 1947, and the couple would have celebrated their 60th anniversary this April.
Roy was a 1941 Seymour graduate. Roy worked for his dad, Henry, at his hardware store in Black Creek. He later took over his dad's business. He received his plumbing license and practiced heating and plumbing. He owned Roy's Plumbing and Heating until he retired.
He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Black Creek.
Surviving are his wife, Elaine; two sisters, Rosetta Abel, and Marion Freemore, both Seymour; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at St. John's United Church of Christ, Black Creek, from 1:30 p.m. until services at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2007, with the Rev. Don Baumann officiating. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour is assisting the family with arrangements.
