    • Adrian "Abe: Wiegers of Seadrift, TX passed away November 22, 2012 in Victoria, TX after a brief illness. He was born June 12, 1930 in Marinette, WI to Harold and Palma (Benson) Wiegers.

      Abe was a veteran of the United States Air Force, stationed in England and Texas. He was a merchant sailor for many years and later was a field superintendent for H.B. Zachry Construction in San Antonio, TX.

      Abe is survived by one sister, Mrs. Joyce Wieck of Marinette, WI; two sisters-in-law: Virginia Wiegers of Wisconsin Rapids and Eva Wiegers of Marinette, WI.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: Elizabeth "Betty" Zoellner and Audrey Grabowski and two brothers: William "Bill" Wiegers and Francis "Wart" Wiegers; one niece Pam Zoellner and two nephews: John Strass and Steve Wiegers.

      Grace Funeral Home of Victoria, TX is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation. A memorial is planned at a later date. His cremation remains were returned to Marinette in the Forest Home Cemetery, next to his parents.
