    • Dennis J. Frost, Hortonville, age 64, died unexpectedly at ThedaCare of New London on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. He was born in Milwaukee on July 15, 1952 to the late Harold and Bernice (Bricco) Frost. Following his high school graduation, Dennis enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and served until 1981. He truly enjoyed his time in the military and the opportunity to travel the world. He married Cheryl (Hopfensperger) Kietzmann on February 20, 1998. Dennis was never one to stand still. He worked at Wil-Kil Pest Control and Woodmans. In earlier years, he enjoyed woodworking and made yard ornaments with Cheryl. Together, they hosted family cookouts every Sunday. When he finally sat to relax, it was always in his favorite chair, with Peanut the cat having to make room for him.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 21 years, Cheryl; children: Jennifer, Paul, Melissa (Thomas) Janec, Ashley, Aaron, Thomas and Patrick Kietzmann and Russell, Thomas and Robert Frost; grandchildren: Nicholis, Collin, Hailey, Dakota, Nevada, Mea, Gabrielle, Logan, Jacob, Alexis, Kelsey, Kayden and Dominick; sister, Sue Frost; mother-in-law, Joan Fahl; and sisters-in-law, Anna (Robby) Broaden, Fran Hopfensperger, Mary Miller and Cindy Ziemer. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his siblings: Joseph and Linda Frost; fathers-in-law, Matt Hopfensperger and Werner Fahl; and brother-in-law, Paul Hopfensperger.

A gathering will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute), beginning with Military Honors at 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. To sign the guest book, please visit oconnellfh.com.
