      Age 64, passed away Saturday evening. He was born May 18, 1903 in Manawa and had been a resident of Menasha for the past 45 years. He was employed by the City of Menasha for the past 40 years and has been Superintendent of Streets for Menasha for the past 11 years. Mr. Bakdwub was a nenber if the Holy Name Society and the Catholic Order of Foresters of St. Mary's.
      Survivors include his wife, Lorrain; one daughter, Miss Mary, Menasha; two sons, Thomas and Robert, both of Menasha; his mother, Mrs. Mary Baldwin, Menasha; one brother, Gerald, Appleton; one sister, Mrs. Unice Zwerg, Appleton.
      Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Laemmrich Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The rosary by the Holy Name Society, The Catholic Order of Foresters and general rosary will be at 8 p.m. Monday.
