      Mr Richard Charles DeLucca, 65, passed away peacefully at St Mary's Medical Center on Labor Day, Monday, September 4, 2000 following a longtime illness. A lifetime resident, he was born in Racine on March 29, 1935 to the late Louis & Linda (Ricchlo) DeLucca Sr. On October 2, 1971 at St Sebastion Catholic Church in Sturtevant,
      He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Grace Schaefer. Mr DeLucca served our country with the U.S.Navy. He had been employed by In-Sink-Erator for over 25 years retiring in 1993 due to his failing health.He was a faithful member of St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, & working on old cars. Above all, he loved being with his family, especially on their trips up North.Surviving are his loving wife of nearly 29 years, Mary Ann; daughter & son-in-law, Anna & david Albrego; grandchildren, Nicholas & Christian Albrego; sisters Elsie Nielsen & Linda (William) Treiber; brothers, Louis DeLucca Jr, Arthur (Linda) DeLucca, all of Racine; Frank (Gretchen) DeLucca, Peoria, IL; & Kenneth DeLucca, Dallas TX; brother-in-law, David Schaefer, Racine; & sisters-in-law Bernice (Carl) Moore of Schofield, WI; Charlotte Weidner & Nancy Padgett, both of Racine.Further surviving are special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church on Thursday, September 7, 2000 at 6 p.m. Private entombment will take place at Holy Cross Mausoleum on Highway 32. Visitation will be at the church from 5 to 6 p.m.
