- David A. Reichardt, 83, retired Maple Grove farmer, and former treasurer of his town and the school district, died Monday morning at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m Wednesday at the Methodist Church in the town of Brillion. The Rev. William Riffe will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Maple Grove.
He was born in Maple Grove in 1870 and in 1897 married Miss Emma Krueger of Reedsville. They located on the homestead farm in the town. He served several terms as town treasurer and also was treasurer of the school district in the
town. He was a member of the Brillion Methodist Church and the Brotherhood Society of the church. His wife died several years ago.
Survivors are two sons, Clarence of Maple Grove and Harold of Reedsville; daughter, Mrs. Roy Krueger of Forest Junction; sister, Mrs. Richard Schwartz of Brillion; 15 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Luecker Funeral Home, Brillion, after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
The casket will be moved to the church at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
