Mrs. Walter Vanden Boom [Isabella M. Jansen] St. Paul Manor Kaukauna
Age 91, passed away Thursday, November 4, 1999 at St. Paul Home in Kaukauna. She was born February 18, 1908 in Kimberly, daughter of the late Henry and Harriet [Vanden Heuvel] Jansen. On August 10, 1926 she married Walter Vanden Boom in Combined Locks. He preceded her in death in 1992. Isabella was a life long and faithful member of Holy Name Parish in Kimberly and its Ladies Society, the Kimberly Golden Agers, the St. Elizabeth Hospital Auxiliary, and the National Catholic Society of Foresters.
She is survived by a son, Paul [Lou] Vanden Boom, Neenah; three daughters; Betty Allen, Brookfield; Rosemary [Charles] Keller, Darboy; Dolores Vander Zanden, Darboy; 24 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; a brother, Raymond [Janet] Behling, Shawano; two sisters; Lucille Geurden, Menasha; and Alice [Elmer] Jansen, Appleton four sisters in-law; Stella Jansen, Combined Locks; Mary Jansen, Kaukauna; Ione Jansen, Combined Locks.
She was precededed in death by her parents, her husband Walter in 1992, two sons in-law; Norman Allen and Don Vander Zanden; brothers; Harvey, Ray, Vincent, and Lester Jansen and Jim Behling; sisters; Angie [Howard] Knaack, Grace [Rich] Wydeven, and a brother in-law, Martin Geurden.
The funeral liturgy for Isabella will be held at 11 a.m. at Holy Name Of Jesus Catholic Church 600 E. Kimberly Ave. Kimberly with Fr. Dennis Bergbaken officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call Saturday, directly at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of the service. Jansen Fargo Funeral Home Kimberly
