- Milton H. Milt Sager, 92, passed away Friday, September 24, 2010 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born on August 12, 1918 in Greenville, WI; son of the late Fred J. and Alvina (Huebner) Sager. He was married to Sally Zietlow on June 14, 1941 in Appleton, WI. Milton was a farmer and then worked in the construction industry until the age of 87, retiring from McMahon and Associates. Sally and he enjoyed the seventeen years they lived on Chute Pond in Mountain, WI. He is survived by his wife, Sally Sager, Neenah; his children, Robert (Cheryl) Sager, Omro, Peggy (Jim) Gorges, Black Creek, Steven (Barbara) Sager, Menasha, Scott (Debbie) Sager, Black Creek, son-in-law, Jerome (Nancy) Diermeier, Little Chute, sister-in-law, Virginia Sager, Manawa; 17 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Susan Diermeier, grandson, Sean Sager, sisters, Melva and Lucille, and a brother, Duane. The funeral service for Milt will be held on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 7:00 pm at Valley Funeral Home, Appleton with Deacon Michael Zamzow officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
