    • Hungerford, Stanley

      Of Waupaca, age 78, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Bethany Home. He was born in Waupaca County on November 12, 1937 to the late Milo and Mary (Lampher) Hungerford. On January 31, 1959 he married Donna (Osterloth). Stan served in the US Army from 1957 until 1958 in Korea. He worked at Sturms in Manawa and then was a dairy farmer in the Manawa area.

      He will be sadly missed by his wife: Donna; daughters: Tamara (Bob) Passehl, Brenda (Jon) Kortesmaki, Susan Alliano of FL; sons: Roy Hungerford of CA; Don Bowker of CA; grandchildren: Jennifer and David Passehl, Chad and Kati Hungerford, Mariah and Mason Alliano, great grandchildren: Mia Curtis, Trevor and Shiloh Bent, brothers: Jerome (Barb) Hungerford, Donald (Germaine) Hungerford, sisters-in-law: Beverly, Elaine, Carol and Stella Hungerford, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers: William, Ralph, Marlyn, Richard, Milo, Elmer, Gordon, Arnold and sister, Julia Weasner.

      The Memorial Service will be on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Manawa. Friends and family may gather on Monday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. The family would like to thank the staff of Thedacare Medical Center of Waupaca and Bethany Home for their care.
