- MANCHESTER - Clemence M. (Brouillard) Blanchard, 104, died on Monday, Feb. 15, 2016, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.She was born on July 4, 1911 in Saint-Aimé, Montérégie, Quebec, Canada, daughter of the late Joseph and Beatrice (Cardin) Brouillard.She was the loving wife of the late Jules Blanchard, who died in April 2006.Clemence was a hard worker. She had been employed by Bee Bee Shoes, Preview Products, Mailways, and the Holiday Inn prior to her retirement.She enjoyed the spontaneous daily trips taken with her daughter, Carol. Clemence was photographed with 17 of the 2016 presidential candidates. She was also featured in a political commercial.She will be fondly remembered as a wonderful hostess who entertained friends and family on New Year's Eve until the age of 90. Above all, Clemence loved her family and the time she spent with them.Along with her daughter, Carol Hebert and husband Richard, she is survived by two grandsons and their wives, Michael Hebert and wife Stacy and Dennis Hebert and wife Kelleigh; six great-grandchildren, Cali, Joshua, Mikayla, Phoenix, Maddilyn, and Zander Hebert; as well as three siblings, Paul Brouillard, Beatrice Leveillee, and Germaine Desroisier.
