Notes - Helen May Berner (Diehl), age 89, Menasha/New London, was born on May 1, 1928 and passed away April 7, 2018. Helen married Bruce Berner on February 19, 1949. They were farmers most of their lives in the township of Maple Creek.
Helen is survived by her children: Faye Sturm and Jim (Barb) Berner. Four grandchildren: Heather (Tim) Gerrits, Eric (Rachael) Sturm, Jeff (Katherine) Berner and Andy (Rachel) Berner. Six great-grandchildren: Masen, Megan, Morgan, Kyle, Rachel and Anna. She was preceded in death by her husband Bruce, daughter Sandy, son-in-law Bob, as well as many other family and friends.
The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to the wonderful staff at Peabody Manor.
A private graveside burial will take place at a later date.
