    • Constance "Connie" Ducane 61, Lena passed away unexpectedly on Friday January 1, 2016 at home. She was born on January 13, 1954 in Oconto Falls to the late Alfred and Margaret (VanCaster) Podebradsky. Connie was currently employed at Sharpe Care Nursing Home, Oconto Falls. Survivors include her special friend Sylvester Cook, Lena; 6 children Richard (Yvette) Ducane, Suring; John Ducane, Coleman; Kristin (Jay) Pashek, Pound; Bryan Ducane, Coleman; Michelle Ducane, Suring; Adam (Agnes) Ducane, Coleman; 9 grandchildren Dakota (Kaley), Brooke, Sierra, Donavan, Breyden, Johnny, Bobby, Regan and Rowen; 1 sister Terry (Dan) Zaidel, Lena; 1 sister-in-law Marcia Podebradsky, Lena; many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Dale Ducane; 3 brothers Ted, Tony and Jim Podebradsky. Friends may call at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Lena from 3-6 pm Monday.
